Ben is running track again this year. The other day he ran the 800m, the long jump, and the 100m. At the end of the meet I asked him how he was feeling about his races. He replied, " I feel like crying, laughing, or rolling over and dying.. I can't decide which."
I guess he gave his all!
His 4 x 100 relay team qualified for the state meet. Unfortunately, one of the relay members will be out of town next weekend and there are no substitutions, so they can't go. Bummer!
Track is a great thing for Ben. He loves it!

Great job Ben!! Yeah, that's kind of how running makes you feel sometimes--laughing, crying and rolling over and dying.
Too bad about the relay team
We were hoping to run with you guys at the State meet, but we didn't make it either. Good job Ben, hope we can do it next year.
