I am kind of in a rut. I only want to mention the weirdo things about my life- but I think they are funny.
About a month ago I went with two friends to BYU Education Week. I was only planning on going one day, so I bought the one day pass.
After returning home, my Mom saw how happy I was to get away, she offered to tend the darlings one more day so I could go again.
The next day, I went to the ticket counter to get a full week pass, since they are cheaper than getting two single day tickets. I turned in the first days pass, then paid the difference for the full week. Everything was honky dory.
Well, about two weeks later- I received a letter from BYU.. Something that has never happened in my life. Before I opened it, I had thoughts that they were writing to rebuke me for my irreverent behavior on campus..but no
When I opened the letter- there was a check for a whopping $1.00
I guess they had overcharged me the $1 ticket fare!
Talk about honesty!
I thought about bearing my testimony about how paying a full tithe makes unexpected checks show up in the mail..wouldn't that have been a cool story? But, I really don't think that $1 would have converted anyone over to the tithing side :)

Oh my, I am laughing at this. Those folks at BYU are honest. That is great.
Now you can afford that cheese burger off the dollar menu at McDonalds that you have always wanted.
That is so funny! I bet it cost them more to issue the check than the refund to you. I didn't know you went to BYU Ed week- did you love it? Wish we got together more often!

I got a bill for 2 dollars the other day that I figured I would pay next time I was in the office. They mailed 4 letters telling me to get the thing paid. What a joke! Nice for it to go the other way!
