Hi, it is me. Missed me didn't you?? Whomever you are!
This past week has been strange. I learned how to can peaches, and have now done 5 batches..that is a lot of peaches! I also froze salsa, shredded zucchini, frozen peaches, frozen spaghetti sauce..and I am not even close to finishing. The wet spring did some wonders for my garden!
I switched Ben out of his ALPS class. He is very sad.. I am worried that he will hate me. BUT, I will be very relieved if he doesn't have 5 hours of homework every night. Yes, I said 5.. poor boy has no friends anymore since he could never have time to socialize. I hope he weathers the storm..and makes a friend in the new class. At least, we were able to stay at the same school so poor Rylee didn't have to be uprooted too!
Ben and Rylee are now off track.. My parents took them to Cedar City for the week. It is really strange only having one child. Paige doesn't know what to do, and I actually miss them now. A break every now and then is a good thing!
Kevin and I celebrated only having one kid..Kevin took the day off on Tuesday. We went biking and then went up to Park City to shop the outlets. Yes, we did still have Paige, but shopping without Ben was good!
Well, don't say I don't blog anymore.. I don't want to hear it! :)

Hello!
I have missed you so. I am also most impressed with your canning extravaganza. Seriously wow.
Pioneers got nothing on you, baby.
I was beginning to wonder! Way to go with all the canning and freezing! I am glad to hear that the ALPS thing worked out. I hope that Ben adjusts okay.
You have been missed. Now I know why I haven't seen you around. You were stuck in your kitchen!
Great job with all the canning! Ben should be thankful that you took him out of ALPS with that much homework. That sounds like college.
Oh my...I love Paige's question to daddy! I especially love her, "Why are you laughing." I can totally picture it all! Let's get the girls together soon.
Wow, all those canned/frozen things. Good work. Keep up the blogging. I am adding to all the comments, because I think comments are motivating!
