Why I like the end of August

Here's my little secret- C track is the best! Yes, my kids stared school in July, but they only went for 3 weeks, and then we get an extended summer. The best part is that they are out of school right now, while the rest of the state is in school. Therefore, there are no crowds anywhere!

We went to Thanksgiving Point yesterday- it was $2 day. A week ago on $2 day the lines were incredible- yesterday, they weren't bad at all!
I just love when fun places have deal days at the end of August!



Swim lessons are small, the weather is nice,and I feel the end of summer panic so I am motivated to take the kids on fieldtrips. We went downtown to the children's exhibit at the art museum (for the 2nd time) and we are going to go there again this week- my kids love it. I am also taking them to the Pioneer museum and the RS building has a childrens exhibit as well- so we will check that out. We also did our yearly pilgramage to Liberty Park. Fun times!
